Stanley Dps109 D Manual
I not really familiar with this unit but why would you have a pressure so low -check your operating manual for the particulars-I believe that the unit is designed for inflating tires that have more then 6-7 lbs-20 and up I would think-so the latitude is larger then you require-at that low of a pressure I would think it would be very inaccurate-I know this sounds weird but that's my opinion-if it does or can operate at that low of a pressure then the 'inflation adjustment' has an issue-you'll have to check with the mfg-sorry I can't be more help Answered on Feb 06, 2015. You need to open the casing to access th inside components. Remove the screws on the backside, cut any stickers or labels that cover the seam. You will see a 12v voltage converter mounted to the back cover. Test it to ensure it is working properly. Is it putting out the proper voltage?
If it is then check the battery to see if it has proper voltage or can hold a charge. These are the two most common problems and can be easily replaced if defective. The circuit board is less common.
