Updated: 9/27/2017. Information included: 1997-2017 Honda Accord (including Hybrid and Plug-In), 2012-2018 Honda Civic (including Si and Type R), 2011 Honda Odyssey. This is the same information that you will find paying for a TechInfo / Honda Service Express subscription. It is basically equivalent to a digital service manual. Not every link is going to 'work' because some link to videos and do other weird things, but the majority of the links should work.
I would suggest saving the hmtl page for a backup. You will probably have issues trying to navigate links-within-links. Just go back to the index page and navigate from there. Only use 'index' pages. In the Accord section the other pages are just there for reference. Here is where I am hosting the index pages directly: Disclaimer, these are being hosted on a personal server so I can't guarantee 24/7/365 uptime, but they should be available most of the time. If not, then use this information.

Below you will find links to indexes with as much information as could be scraped from Honda's official Service Express site (techinfo.honda.com). FILTERED = Most links should be valid. This is mainly the pages that are linkable/rip-able. RAW = UNFILTERED + Pub ID.
Links will be broken / go nowhere. This is as-it-is on the Honda site. Useful if you need to search for a Service Bulletin number in Google and hope someone posted it. Of special note is that for (at least) 2008-2012, the FILTERED directory also includes the entire ELECTRICAL SERVICE MANUAL. You know you've hit it when there's a button on the page that says 'MENU' that takes you to the top of the ESM where it can be browsed directly.

They completely killed it off in a way that it took me a few hours to figure out what happened, there was no trace of my original files in a 'Trash' folder, but fortunately I don't ever delete stuff off my server and had the originals.
